Bringing Native voices to world-changing conversations.
OUR VISION
Each morning at daybreak, there’s a burst of energy and possibility. We bring this spark to all of our work. Speaking from the heart about our experiences as Native healthcare professionals and educators, we help governments, schools, businesses and communities collaborate more effectively and advance impactful work.
WHAT WE OFFER
Consulting
Our clients can often see where they want to go, but the path there is murky. We shine light on new ways of thinking. Throughout our careers as doctors and faculty, we’ve been catalysts for innovative initiatives. We draw on these experiences to advise our clients on methods to amplify their work, adapt policy, launch new programs and shape the future.
Engagement
We bridge the gap between health professional institutions and the Tribes they serve, universities and the students they seek, researchers and the Native perspective they need, and industry and the underrepresented audiences they wish to connect with. Our clients gain crucial knowledge to remove implicit biases and move their initiatives forward with representative voices at the table.
Speaking
Keynote speakers on Tribal health, community engagement, health workforce development and women’s cancer prevention. Previous engagements include Stanford Medicine X, The Skoll Foundation, Oregon Native American Chamber, University of Minnesota and American Indian Cancer Foundation.
Advisory Roles
At the heart of our approach: bringing momentum to the impactful work you’re doing. By sparking ideas and solving big challenges from a strength-based lens, we illuminate new approaches to reach big goals.

TESTIMONIAL
“We loved working with Daybreak as a strategic consultant to UC Davis and the Center for a Diverse Health Workforce. Their team did a thoughtful inventory and analysis of our current resources and made feasible, realistic recommendations for how to scale our efforts to grow the Native American workforce at our institution and beyond, including a road map with concrete, achievable milestones.”
